Everything You Need to Know
Our Wagyu Beef Share subscription spreads a full year of premium beef across twelve monthly deliveries. This arrangement is cost-effective and perfect for those without the freezer space to accommodate an entire share at once. Pick a Whole Share for larger monthly boxes, or a Half Share for smaller ones sized to fit smaller households.
Every box is hand-curated by our expert butchers and features a thoughtful mix of juicy Wagyu steaks, specialty cuts like brisket, and delicious ground beef; all ideal for family dinners, weekend cookouts, and everything in between.
And these aren't ordinary steaks. Our beef is dry-aged for 14 days before processing, developing the kind of tenderness and depth of flavor you simply can't get any other way.
How the subscription works: You're billed monthly across the 12-month cycle, with a new box shipped each month. Signing up is a commitment to the full cycle — once you're in, you're in for the whole year of deliveries.
Please Note: Customers will be responsible for their own processing fees.

General Questions
How much freezer space do I need?
A quarter share requires approximately 4-5 cubic feet of freezer space, a half share needs 8-10 cubic feet, and a whole share requires 16-20 cubic feet. A standard upright or chest freezer can typically hold a half to whole share.
How long will my beef share last?
When properly frozen, Wagyu beef maintains peak quality for 12-18 months. Most families find that a quarter share lasts 3-6 months, a half share lasts 6-9 months, and a whole share lasts 9-12 months depending on household size and consumption.
What's the difference between the two cut sheets?
Sam's Reserve features boneless cuts (Boneless Ribeyes, NY Strips, Filets) for easy, elegant preparation. Leah's Farm Standard includes bone-in cuts (Bone-In Ribeyes, T-Bones) for traditional steakhouse flavor. Both include roasts, specialty cuts, and ground beef.
Do you use antibiotics or hormones?
Never. Our cattle are raised without antibiotics, growth hormones, or chemical treatments of any kind. Healthy cattle raised properly don't need these interventions.
Are both wagyu grades available for all share sizes?
Yes! You can choose either Pureblood Japanese Wagyu or American Wagyu for whole, half, or quarter shares.
