General Questions
What makes your wagyu different?
We raise both Pureblood Japanese Wagyu and American Wagyu on our family farm using regenerative practices. Our cattle are pasture-raised, grain-finished, and never given hormones or antibiotics. You're getting farm-direct premium wagyu with full traceability from our pastures to your table.
What's the difference between Pureblood Japanese and American Wagyu?
Pureblood Japanese Wagyu features extraordinary marbling for an ultra-buttery, melt-in-your-mouth experience. American Wagyu offers beautiful marbling with a balanced richness and heartier texture. Both are exceptional—it comes down to personal preference.
What are your shipping options?
We offer farm pickup in Woodburn, IN and Fort Wayne, free local delivery within 50 miles on orders over $100, and flat-rate shipping to IN, IL, MI, WI, OH, KY, MN, IA, MO, NE, KS, AR, LA, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, PA, NY, MD, DE, NJ, CT, and RI. All shipped meat arrives frozen.
Do you use antibiotics or hormones?
Never. Our cattle are raised without antibiotics, growth hormones, or chemical treatments of any kind. Healthy cattle raised properly don't need these interventions.
What if I'm new to cooking wagyu?
Wagyu's rich marbling means it cooks faster than conventional beef. We recommend using high heat for steaks, keeping it simple with just salt and pepper, and cooking to medium-rare or medium for the best experience. Need specific tips? Contact us—we're happy to help!
