Taco Corn Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pound - Ground Beef
- 1 medium - Onion (chopped)
- 1 pint - Frozen Corn (thawed)
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can - Great Northern Beans (drained)
- 1 quart - Tomato Juice
- 1 (28 ounce) can - Diced Tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon - Brown Sugar
- 3 tablespoons - Taco Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon - Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon - Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon - Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon - Pepper
Directions
- In a soup pot, brown ground beef and onion.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
- Serve with corn chips, shredded cheese, and plenty of sour cream.
For Serving
- Corn Chips
- 2 cups - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup - Sour Cream
