Spicy Honey Bourbon Pig Shots

Ingredients
- 1 pack - Pork Bratwurst (cut into 1/2" slices)
- 2 packs - Bacon (cut each piece in half)
- 12 oz - Cream Cheese
- 3 tbsp - Sour Cream
- 1 cup - Sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 tbsp - Diced Jalapeño
- Sliced Jalapeño
- BBQ Rub
Glaze
- 1/8 cup - Bourbon
- 1/4 cup - Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup - Honey
Simmer until well combined.
Directions
- Wrap the bratwursts with bacon to create a shot glass affect, holding it together with a toothpick. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together sour cream, cream cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and jalapeño (leave out the jalapeño if don't want as much spice).
- Fill each Pig Shot with the cream cheese mixture and top each one with a slice of jalapeño.
- Season with your favorite BBQ Rub.
- Turn on the smoker to 250 degrees and smoke the Pig Shots for 3 hours, basting them every 15 mins with the Maple Honey Bourbon glaze. Smoke until the sausage is cooked through or until you reach your desired temperature of the bacon.
