Grilled Brats with spicy peach salsa
Ingredients
- 4 - Ripe Peaches, diced
- 1/4 - Small Red Onion, finely diced
- 2 Tbsp - Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp - Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 tsp - Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 - Fresh Habanero Pepper or Jalapeño Pepper, finely diced (remove ribs and seeds from the pepper)
- 1/2 tsp - Kosher Salt
- 1/8 tsp - Black Pepper
Directions
- Combine all salsa ingredients in a small mixing bowl, stirring to combine well. Let it sit in the fridge while you prepare the bratwursts.
- Toast some Brioche hotdog buns.
- Grill brats 15-20 minutes, smoke them for 30-40 minutes, or fry them in a pan 12-15 minutes turning frequently to prevent burning and uneven cooking.
- Add your favorite toppings on the Bratwurst sandwich with the spicy peach salsa and enjoy a fresh, juicy summer sandwich.
