Taco Corn Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 pound - Ground Beef

  • 1 medium - Onion (chopped)

  • 1 pint - Frozen Corn (thawed)

  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can - Great Northern Beans (drained)

  • 1 quart - Tomato Juice

  • 1 (28 ounce) can - Diced Tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon - Brown Sugar

  • 3 tablespoons - Taco Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon - Chili Powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon - Seasoned Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon - Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon - Pepper

For Serving

  • Corn Chips

  • 2 cups - Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 cup - Sour Cream

Directions

  1. In a soup pot, brown ground beef and onion.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

  3. Serve with corn chips, shredded cheese, and plenty of sour cream.
