Taco Corn Soup
Ingredients
1 pound - Ground Beef
1 medium - Onion (chopped)
1 pint - Frozen Corn (thawed)
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can - Great Northern Beans (drained)
1 quart - Tomato Juice
1 (28 ounce) can - Diced Tomatoes
1 tablespoon - Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons - Taco Seasoning
1 teaspoon - Chili Powder
1/2 teaspoon - Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon - Salt
1/2 teaspoon - Pepper
For Serving
Corn Chips
2 cups - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup - Sour Cream
Directions
In a soup pot, brown ground beef and onion.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with corn chips, shredded cheese, and plenty of sour cream.
