Grilled Brats with spicy peach salsa
Ingredients
4 - Ripe Peaches, diced
1/4 - Small Red Onion, finely diced
2 Tbsp - Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tbsp - Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp - Granulated Sugar
1/2 - Fresh Habanero Pepper or Jalapeño Pepper, finely diced (remove ribs and seeds from the pepper)
1/2 tsp - Kosher Salt
1/8 tsp - Black Pepper
Directions
Combine all salsa ingredients in a small mixing bowl, stirring to combine well. Let it sit in the fridge while you prepare the bratwursts.
Toast some Brioche hotdog buns.
Grill brats 15-20 minutes, smoke them for 30-40 minutes, or fry them in a pan 12-15 minutes turning frequently to prevent burning and uneven cooking.
