Smoked Queso Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. - Our Premium Ground Beef

  • 16 oz. - Velveeta Cheese

  • 16 oz. - Velveeta Queso Blanco Cheese

  • 8 oz. - Smoked Gouda Cheese (we love Murray's Cheese)

  • 8 oz. - Sharp Cheddar Cheese (we love Murray's Cheese)

  • 1/2 - Red Onion (diced)

  • 1/2 - Green Bell Pepper (diced)

  • 1/4 cup - Cilantro (finely chopped)

  • 1 can - Rotel Tomatoes, with Green Chiles

  • 3 tbsp. - Mt. Olive's Diced Jalapeno Peppers

  • 1 tsp. - Salt

  • 1 tsp. - Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. - Onion Power

  • 1/2 tsp. - Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp. - Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tbsp - Your Favor BBQ Rub

Directions:

  1. In a large sauté pan with a lid, brown the ground beef over medium high heat. Reserve all the grease in the pan.

  2. In a 13 1/2 in. x 9 5/8 in. x 2 3/4 in. foil pan, add all your ingredients listed above along with the cooked Ground Beef. (You can drain the grease if you prefer but with the grease, it adds so much more flavor!)

  3. Put this on your smoker at 275 degrees for 4 hours or until all the cheese is melted and well combined. (You can also bake this in the oven at 250 degrees for an hour or until the cheese is melted and well combined.)

    We always have to double up for our family because everyone just can't get enough of it! In context, we are 24 in our family (includes children and adults). Enjoy😉
