Cilantro Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups - Cilantro

  • 1/2 cup - Parsley

  • 4 cloves - Garlic

  • 1/4 cup - Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1/4 cup - Olive Oil (highly recommend using a higher quality brand)

  • 1 teaspoon - Red Pepper Flakes

  • 1 teaspoon - Kosher Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon - Ground Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Add the cilantro, parsley, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Pulse the mixture until it's finely chopped.

  2. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed.

  3. After all of the ingredients are fully combined. Tranfer the sauce into a bowl and dip the steak to enjoy or drizzle the sauce over the Flank Steak or your steak of choice and enjoy!

Tip: Make the sauce the day before consuming it to ensure maximum flavor
