CREAMY HAMBURGER HELPER

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. - Premium Ground Beef

  • 1 lb. - Pasta (I like to use shell but you can use your favorite small pasta)

  • 4 oz. - Cream Cheese

  • 1/2 cup - Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/2 - Small Onion (diced)

  • 1 can - Rotel Tomatoes, with Green Chiles (diced)

  • 1 tsp. - Salt

  • 1 tsp. - Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp. - Onion Power

  • 1/2 tsp. - Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp. - Smoked Paprika

  • 1 tsp. - Italian Seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp. - Seasoned Salt

Directions

  1. In a separate pan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and cook the pasta until softened.

  2. In a large sauté pan with a lid, brown the ground beef over medium high heat. Remove cooked ground beef from pan and set aside, reserving 2 tablespoons of grease in the pan.

  3. Lower the heat to medium and add the onion. Cook the onion until soft, about 5 minutes.

  4. Pour in the pasta (with some pasta water, about a quarter cup), Rotel Tomatoes (not drained), salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, italian seasoning, and seasoned salt. Mix thoroughly and bring to simmer.

  5. Add in the cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese and stir until everything is melted and well combined.

  6. Enjoy the best creamy, hamburger helper you've ever had!😊
